My Philosophy
Diet culture is everywhere. We're constantly taught that weight is a reflection of our health. So in response, we diet. And let's be honest, dieting sucks. It’s impossible to stick with, it rarely improves health outcomes, and it usually leads to frustration, boredom, shame, and discouragement.
I’ve been there too. I started attending Weight Watchers meetings at 10 years old. I ate keto versions of my favorite foods. I drank apple cider vinegar straight out of the bottle. And worst of all, I microwaved a Quest bar for 10 seconds and told myself it tasted as good as a cookie. None of these things improved my health or made me feel better about myself.
Diet culture's idea of health and wellness is incomplete. You are more than a number on a scale.

Health coaching is not a diet plan. As your coach, I have no rules, meal plans, or magic suggestions for you. Instead, we work together to uncover your ideal health and wellness vision and then chart the necessary steps to get here there. Health coaching is a partnership.
You are a unique, amazing, multi-dimensional individual; a one size-fits-all-approach to health is never going to be enough.
